Charlie Chaplin - The Idle Class (1921) - Filming Locations

Charlie Chaplin's Little Tramp character visits an upscale golf resort.

There's a lot of filming on location in this one. The opening scene of the Tramp arriving on the train was filmed in Pasadena, California. The golfing scenes were shot next to the Los Angeles river a few miles north of downtown Los Angeles and the park scenes were filmed at what is today's Will Rogers Memorial Park in Beverly Hills.
