Mr. Hardy is trying to install an antenna on the roof so that Mrs. Hardy can listen to radio programs from Japan! Mr. Laurel arrives to "help" his friend Mr. Hardy.

Where were Laurel and Hardy movies filmed? In this early Laurel and Hardy "talkie" we see that they filmed at several outdoor locations in and near downtown Culver City, California and at what is today the campus of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. The then and now views in this video give us some fascinating views at how each of these areas has evolved in the 95 years since this Laurel and Hardy movie was filmed.
