Where was the 1970s TV series Starsky and Hutch filmed? Like many cop shows of the time, it was filmed in and around the Los Angeles area. The episode Long Walk Down A Short Dirt Road filmed across the street from the landmark Culver Hotel in Culver City, California.

The hotel appears in numerous films (many covered on this website's then and now filming location photos and videos), from 1924 through today. In this video, the hotel had recently reached 50 years old, though due to the decline of the downtown Culver City area by that time, I doubt there was any celebration marking this milestone.
