The Plot
Charley Chase falls in love with beautiful June Marlowe ("Miss Crabtree" from The Little Rascals), but she refuses to go on a date with him unless he first gets permission from her father. Things get complicated when Charley mistakes an escaped lunatic played by dependable comic character actor Del Henderson (sometimes spelled Dell Henderson) for her father!

This quick excerpt from the complete movie location then and now video documentary for this film starts out at the same location in the West Adams historic district that the Laurel and Hardy movie Another Fine Mess used. One has to wonder if the studio decided to film at this location at the same time that Laurel and Hardy shot their scenes as an economy measure.
Regardless of the reason, it's great that we get to see all the additional footage of the 3500 West Adams Blvd mansion.
